At TEOR-The Essence of Rare, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product authenticity and customer safety.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must:

  • Record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package and continuing until the damaged product is visible.
  • Ensure the shipping label and damaged product are clearly visible in the video.
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with:
    • Your Order ID
    • The unboxing video
    • Clear photographs of the damaged product

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Sealed & Unused Products

You may return a product if:

  • The perfume bottle is completely unopened and factory sealed.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
  • The return request is submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.

Products that have been opened, used, or have damaged seals are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Products without their original packaging.
  • Products returned after 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or storage.
  • Return requests submitted without the required unboxing video for damaged items.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and your claim is approved, TEOR-The Essence of Rare may offer either:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund.

Return Shipping

  • For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, TEOR-The Essence of Rare will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For returns of unopened and factory-sealed products, customers may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.
